One Step Closer Fund for Early College Access Programs

The One Step Closer Fund for Early College Access Programs (ECAP) is available to current high school students enrolled in 3 or more credits/billable hours at CCBC. Submission of the ECAP Form and high school transcript to the ECAP Office is required along with a short description of the need for this scholarship.

Awards will be made based on fund availability to Maryland residents whose direct expenses (i.e. tuition and required course fees) are not already covered by other sources of funding.

Application for the CCBC Opportunity Grant – ECAP does not guarantee funding.
