The requirements for Teacher Education students:

Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen and meet all financial aid requirements based on the FAFSA with the transfer institution. Student must be accepted for admission as a transfer student to a public, four-year college or university to earn a baccalaureate degree.

Preference will be given to a student who graduated from the Catonsville campus or is the first in the family to attend and graduate college.

The requirements for Nursing students:
All of the above stated requirements and preferences apply. Students accepted into the Nursing program who earn an associate’s degree in nursing and do not transfer to a public institution to earn a baccalaureate degree, are eligible to receive scholarship funds while enrolled in the CCBC Nursing program.

The award will pay up to $2,000.00 towards tuition, books and required fees, or on-campus room and board. Any other expenses are not eligible for scholarship funds. Recipient will be selected in the spring semester and the award will apply to the fall semester at the transfer institution. The scholarship funds will be sent directly to the transfer institution.

Documents proving your financial need and enrollment may be requested by the scholarship committee to demonstrate your eligibility at the transfer institution.
