Charles Willey Scholarship

This scholarship will be awarded to a student enrolled in 6 or more credits/billable hours at the CCBC Essex campus with a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA. Applicant must be a Baltimore County resident who demonstrates financial need by filing the 2022-2023 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).

Award recipient will be selected by the CCBC Scholarship Committee.
