Essex - Middle River - White Marsh Civic Council Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship will be awarded for the academic year to a student whose parents are members of a community association in zip code 21220, 21221, or 21162. Applicant must be enrolled in 12 or more credits/billable hours at the CCBC Essex campus with a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA. Student must be a recent high school graduate or returning student who resides in zip code 21220, 21221 or 21162.
